Bee Home Garden Stand
Easy to Set Up
Each of our stands comes with a 10-inch ground spike made of galvanized and powder-coated steel. This can be installed in the ground in seconds by pushing it into the ground or with a hammer and a block of wood in tougher soil. The post slides over top using a 6-inch deep hole drilled into the end that fits the ground anchor.
The other end of the post has a simple hanger bolt that screws directly into the bottom of your bee home.

Designed to Last
Like all of our products, our bee home stands may look simple, but there has been a lot of thought given to making them last as long as possible.
Each stand is made from rift-sawn white oak - one of the most durable woods that exists for outdoor use. To make them last even longer, we first treat them with two coats of Osmo outdoor finishes.
Using a Stand or the Standard Mount
If possible, we recommend that you use the mount that comes with your bee home to attach it to a tree or existing wooden structure. Anecdotally, we have found higher occupancy rates for bee homes attached to larger wooden structures like fences, patios, sheds, trees and similar structures.
That being said, not everyone has one of these structures available, and some just like the aesthetic of having their bee home in the middle of their garden. If you're one of those people, we're happy to help you out.
