Since each of our bee homes is hand crafted, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to ensure you are happy with our product.
If you are concerned that the house is not attracting bees, we can first try to confirm that it is mounted in an appropriate location, and that you have suitable plants for attracting wild pollinators.
Faults in Workmanship
If any faults in the workmanship are discovered in the first year following your order, we will first attempt to repair the product and return it to you. We are willing to work with you after the first year has passed on a case-by-case basis, so reach out to us if you are unsure.
Initiate a Return or Repair
To start the return or repair, you can log in at https://account.scopabio.com (an account is created for you automatically after you've placed an order using the email address associated with the order). If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot guarantee a repair or replacement due to damage after 30 days following when you receive your item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you are looking to exchange for a different finish, the original item must be in the same condition it was upon receipt and be resellable. Exchanges should be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
If we cannot repair the item or you are otherwise unhappy with our product, we will consider a refund if the item is still in resellable condition.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
