Bee Blocks
When the bee blocks that come with your home are used up by mother bees, you can set them aside somewhere safe outdoors or in a garage (even through the winter) and replace them with fresh, new blocks until those bees emerge.
Each of our bee blocks is made from solid, untreated white oak and comes with two UV resistant elastic bands for keeping it sealed shut. They are sold individually.
While these blocks are designed to be opened for cleaning, opening is not recommended while the nest is being built. This could disturb the delicate cell walls and harm the young bees. If you would like to observe the nest progress, we recommend purchasing our viewing blocks instead.
